While even the Bush administration now admits that environmental degradation is a fact, no concrete plans are being proposed to eliminate the very real problem of global warming.

So a comment by a friend, who enjoys reading the New Testament put the problem of greenhouse gas and the resulting environmental degradation in perspective.
He said: “The last judgment will probably come before the U.S. public will give up its romance with cars, including gas-guzzling SUVs and pick-up trucks.”
How true this is becomes obvious when we consider all the new highway construction on-going in San Antonio.
